Products   Voice over IP

IPefono is a device designed to provide voice communications through IP network infrastructures. It has several operating modes depending on the customer needs, such as "conversation", "push to talk", "listening", "paging" and "broadcast".

Interesting features include its excellent energy efficiency and one of the shortest audio delays, among the VoIP devices on the market today.

It can be integrated into standard IP telephony platforms including Call Managers and VoIP PBXs using the Session Initiation Protocol or even to manage it just using a standar VoIP phone. In addition, there is a Windows Helpdesk application available for free, as well as various ActiveX components to integrate the IPefono in third party applications.

The main feature of the newest version (IPefono HQ) is the audio quality. It uses the same network bandwidth as similar devices but offers a much clearer signal.  An integrated card reader expands the intercom capabilities for access control systems.

The IPefono can be managed and configured using a Web browser. Also, it provides diagnostic traces through Telnet server.

The IPefono can connect directly to VoIP Internet accounts, which allows long distance communications, and access to other phone networks: GSM (mobile,) telephone network (PSTN) ...

There is the possibility of adding video to the IPefono in an easy and affordable way.

It can be used in many different environments, such as access control, emergency systems, intercoms, public address systems, etc.

The IPefono REC version allows audio recording in critical sites. This standalone device is capable of recording sound continuously, with a capacity of at least three full days for one channel, that can be increased depending on the selected micro SD storage card.

You can also play audio in both live and playback mode, through the IP network, so you don't need to handle the device.

The audio recording can be started continuously, by user command, a physical event, a protocol event or a timetable configuration. Additionally, the IPefono REC records the audio power, so it is easy to check the time when there is some audio activity.
